This customer had absolutely no knowledge of printer operation. Our technicians worked tirelessly through the night, from the moment he received the machine until the early hours of the morning, to provide after-sales service, teaching him how to print from scratch. Instead of being grateful, he threatened us with a refund and left a negative review over a minor issue. Our import process was flawless; if there had been a problem, he wouldn't have received the goods on time. His accounting practices are incorrect. His technician also admitted he didn't understand the machine either. Our machine is perfectly fine.
